I ordered another badge this past August and I wanted to share my great experience with Smith & Warren once again. Recently, while attending courses to become a certified negotiator, I was approached by the director of the International Association of Hostage Negotiators to become their chaplain. We were going to announce my acceptance of this role at our certification presentation at the end of our last class on Sept. 14th. I wanted to order my new badge reflecting my new affiliation with I.A.H.N. and wear my badge the last day (graduation) but.... I was only given about 2 1/2 weeks for my order. Hmm. Never hurts to ask... I ordered through EPoliceSupply.Com once again and added a simple note requesting "any rush, if possible, would be appreciated so I could have it for my certification class and if not, then I understood it takes time for a custom made badge." In the mail, without special postage, I found my new gold with silver badge waiting for me in plenty of time before I left for my last seminar in Topeka for my certification. I know that service this fast is never promised, as each order is custom. I sure didn't expect to have my new badge in half the time it normally takes; especially having silver panels over a gold star. Thank you for going above and beyond.
