Your guide to ordering Smith & Warren badges and insignia.
Thank you for your interest in Smith & Warren Products. We appreciate the opportunity to service your department and will do our best to make the purchasing process as smooth and easy as possible. Our team is here to help, so feel free to contact us with any questions.
Do you need to make a personal purchase or order for a Municipal Department, Agency or Corporation?
Whether you need one piece or 10,000 pieces, our team is here to make the ordering process easy for you. We partner with a national network of authorized dealers who can assist you with your order. You can design your product online with VisualBadge and request a quote, or you can visit an authorized Smith & Warren dealer.
Option 1
Design your product with our badge builder VisualBadge:
- Build your product(s) on our website and submit a quote request.
- Within one business day, you will receive a quote from one of our dealers.
- The dealer will also send you instructions on how to place your order when you are ready.
Option 2
Purchase from an Authorized Dealer:
- Online dealer
- Local physical stores
- You can find a dealer by using our Dealer Locator.
**Quantity discounts are available for badge orders over 15 pieces and large quantities of uniform insignia. The prices we show on the website are full retail prices. Your official quote will include any applicable quantity discounts.**
Do you need to order for a U.S. Federal Agency or the U.S. Military?
Federal and military sales are handled directly through our federal sales team. Reach out to our federal sales account manager with any questions or to request a quote:

Are you located outside of the United States and need to place an international order?
Smith & Warren ships internationally and is proud to serve agencies throughout the world.

Large Agency Purchase:

Smith & Warren dealers are encouraged to submit orders on our Dealer Portal.
