About the FIFA World Cup 26™ Badge Program

• Smith & Warren has been granted the license to manufacture and sell a collection of FIFA World Cup 26™ public safety badges and commendation bars.

• All badges will be designed and manufactured in our White Plains, NY facility and will be available to participating departments in the US and Canada.

• The FIFA World Cup 26™ collection of badges will be available for sale in 2025 and any agency in the US or Canada that supports FIFA World Cup 26™ is eligible to participate. The badges will not be available to the general public.

About the Badges

Designers at Smith & Warren have already started planning the FIFA World Cup 26™ collection of badge designs. The designs are inspired by the idea that –

“To win, we must unite in unprecedented ways.”

These games are not about one state, one city, one department. This World Cup is about uniting –

“1 continent, 3 host countries, 48 nations, 8+billion humans”

And to do that, FIFA, and the world, are relying on public safety officers to make the biggest game in the world, the safest game in the world. In soccer, there is nothing more iconic than the World Cup. In public safety, there is nothing more iconic than the badge. We want this collection to be unique and stand apart and embrace the FIFA World Cup 26™ rallying cry –

“United as individuals, united as billions, we all play together.”

With less than two years until the first game, we are proud that public safety officers can look to Smith & Warren to create a unique and cohesive collection of badges that will forever be –

Participation in the FIFA World Cup 26™Badge Program is available exclusively to area departments and agencies that are contributing resources to the FIFA World Cup 26™ Safety Effort.  Participation is subject to approval by FIFA.

  • What agencies can participate in the FIFA World Cup 26™ Badge program?


    Any agency in the US or Canada that supports FIFA World Cup 26™ is eligible to participate. Agencies interested in participating in the badge program should complete the form above. FIFA will review all applications to determine eligibility.

  • What badge styles are available?

    Our collection will be inspired by traditional shapes such as shields, ovals, stars and eagle over shield designs. We will also incorporate highly recognizable symbols such as laurel leaves, eagles, flags, and sun rays.​ We want these badges to be highly recognizable and represent the FIFA World Cup 26™ brand, the host city, and your department.

  • When can we place orders?

    The ordering period will begin March 3, 2025, and continue through July 31, 2026. No orders will be accepted after July 31, 2026.

  • How do we order?

    The first step is to get your department/agency approved for participation. Once that is done, a password-protected webpage will be created for your department/agency. This webpage can then be accessed to place orders.

  • What are the identification requirements?

    All law enforcement badges will require department-issued identification to be provided. After placing the order, you will receive an email requesting your department-issued identification to be submitted via a secure upload.  Only upon providing the identification will the order be forwarded for production.

  • When will we receive our badges?

    Orders will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. The first deliveries will occur in mid-April 2025.  If your order requires identification (any law enforcement badge), then production begins when identification is submitted.

  • How will the badges be shipped?

    Orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx. A physical delivery address will be required.

     

  • How much do FIFA World Cup 26™ badges cost?

  • How long is the wear period for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Badge?

    FIFA has approved a wear period from January 1,2026 through July 31,2026. Please check with your department for their specific rules regarding the wear period.

  • How many badges can I order?

    Orders are limited to two badges per person.
